Formula and calculation steps: - Found by following two cases
Case 1:- If no. of observations are odd, then the median will be the middle number
Case 2: - If no. of observations are even, then the median will be average of middle and
(Middle+1)th observation
a.For the year 2011-12
Median = (2.1552 +2.1115)/2 =2.13335

b.For the year 2012-13
Median=(2.17 +1.89)/2=2.03

c.For the year 2013-14
Median=(3.182 +2.23)/2=2.7062
