Im a graduate of Mountain View College in March 2013 with a degree of Bachelor of Science
in Nursing. I took the Licensure Exam in May 2014 and by Gods grace I passed the said exam.

This letter of intention indicates my interest and willingness to apply as a trainee nurse in your
institution. I would like to undertake such opportunity to further develop and improve the
nursing skills I have acquired over the past years in Mountain View College School of Nursing.

I am deeply interested in rendering service in Adventist Medical Center-Iligan because of its
excellent standing as a tertiary Adventist hospital. It would certainly help round out my nursing
skills and experiences. I look forward to work with you in the future and contribute effectively to
your institutional goals.
