In late 1926, Agatha disappeared from her home.
Despite a massive manhunt, she was not found for eleven days.
Agatha gave no account of her disappearance.
Opinion remains divided as to the reasons for her disappearance.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Christie is the best-
selling writer of books of all time.
Her books have been translated into at least 103 languages.
Her first novel, The Mysterious Affair at Styles, came out in 1920.
Christie frequently used familiar settings for her stories.
Most of her books and short stories have been filmed, and many have
been adapted for television, radio, video games and comics.
