As a Legal Management student we are studying the social discipline of the State and its
elements. We are generally thought of as living together in organized communities with shared
laws, traditions, beliefs, and values. In particular, we covered up, Constitutional law in which we
are able to study the awareness of ones rights set out in the Constitution. At the same time,
individuals are expected to know the limitation of the exercise of his rights through government
regulations on account of powers inherent in the State. Ultimately, a balance in the rights of the
individuals and the powers of the State is achieved to put order in society. Differences of each
other are carefully respected.


For there is but one essential justice which cements society, and one law which establishes this
justice. This law is right reason, which is the true rule of all commandments and prohibitions.
Whoever neglects this law, whether written or unwritten, is necessarily unjust and wicked.
