The science behind the Mona Lisa:
Did you notice that depending on where you look in the painting her
smile changes? (when focusing on her eyes versus focusing on her
mouth due to peripheral vision)
What about the unaligned horizon causing one side of the painting to
seem further than the other?
If she werent wearing a dress would you think it was a man or
woman? Why? (note the ambiguous proportions)

Identify the parts and describe its complexity. Would it be easy to
make or hard to make and why?
What is its purpose? Make a claim and provide supporting
evidence
Ask a question related to you claim. What isnt explained or what
new questions does it raise? What new information would you need
to figure it out?
