Shot the switch on board for power supply

2. cut the track - for 5V relays - check for discountinuity
3. Connect the wire for 5V wire
4. Remove metal casing for female RS232
5. Cut and connect wires for power supply for regulator - before cpming for test

6. Check the Power supply LED - using power supply - min 7V (can be more)
7. Based upon polarity connect the wires for power supply
8. Then check the input from power supply for gnd, vcc microcontroller
9. EA pin of microcontroller - 31st pin - 5V - from GND of regulator
10. Reset pin 9 - should be 0V normally, and while pressing reset button, should
give 5 V approx.
11.L293D - pin 16 - 5V
12. L293D - pin 8 - 10V
13. MAX232 - pin 16 - 5V
14. MAX232 - pin 15 - 0V (gnd) - continuity test
