The above stated factory has received an Orange Fire Safety assessment.We expect you to take immediate
corrective actions on all fire safety related findings and ensure that the factory meets Walmart requirements.

According to the Ethical Sourcing program, the following conditions apply to this factory:
A comprehensive corrective action plan (CAP) on the fire safety findings must be developed and implemented in
30 days from the notification.
A Follow-up audit will be conducted on or before (12/13/2013 30 days from this notification date ) to validate the
implementation of the CAP. This audit will be done at the supplier
