    agree the following conditions :

    a. that we will provide the lights , sounds and the band


    equipments and the artist to the Acquaintance Party of
    Divine Colleges of Malolos City on July 21, 2007 to be held
    at Capitol Gymnasium.

    b. That we will arrive at around 2:00 pm for the set-up of


    sounds and stay onwards.

    c. Rental fee will be amounting to P14,000.00.
