Investigating the effect of temperature on cell membrane permeability

Aim
The aim in this lab is to investigate the effect of different temperatures on
beetroot cell membranes

Hypothesis
I predict that the higher the temperature the more damage which will be caused
on the membrane. I think this will happen due to the temperature of the water
rising above the membranes temperature tolerance, causing damage.
