Observed and analyzed in-the-field instructing. Assisted in two classrooms, one with 3 year olds
and the other with 4-5 year olds. Created and implemented developmentally and age-appropriate lesson
plans. Assessed and targeted one childs educational development. Implemented lesson plans and
activities to target said areas. Assessed improvement over the course of 4 months. Analyzed progression
and developed a case study based upon recorded artifacts.
