Incentives are a way of life. Keeping on mind SKEC is going to
have a nontraditional safety incentive award, apart from monthly
safety award ceremony.
For excellent safety performance construction/EH&S Supervisor
will issue Safety Moment Award token to Craft / Supervisor at site.
Receiver of spot moment token, return the same to SK EH&S Dept.
at the end of month for getting the gift of mobile Pre paid card /
Sultans coupon value 1.5 Kd for each token. Award will be given at
the end of month during monthly award ceremony function.
