shall mandatorily be placed in placed in a special
facility within the youth care faculty or Bahay Pag-
asa called the Intensive Juvenile Intervention and
Support Center (IJISC).
3. 15 and below but offends
repeatedly (Sec. 6, 20-B)
None Mandatory Intensive community based tertiary intervention
supervised by the LSWDO.

If best interest requires, may be placed in a youth
care facility or bahay pag-asa.
4. more than 15 without
discernment

penalty of not more than 6
