PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF 15,336,000 NEW SHARES TO THE PLACEES LISTING AND
QUOTATION OF PLACEMENT SHARES


Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same
meanings as in the Companys announcements dated 30 June 2014, 4 July 2014 and 8 July
2014.

On 4 July 2014, the Company had announced that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited (the SGX-ST) had on 4 July 2014 granted approval in-principle for the listing and
quotation of the Placement Shares on its Official List.

The Approval In-Principle is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Placement, the
Placement Shares, the Company and/or its subsidiaries.

The Placement Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Main Board of the SGX-ST
with effect from 10 July 2014 and trading of the Placement Shares will commence with effect from
9 a.m. on 10 July 2014.
