500 gr gula pasir
500 gr terigu protein sedang
4 butir telur ayam
1 sdt vanili
350 ml air soda manis
1 sdt emulsifier (ovalet/sp/tbm)
1 sdm susu bubuk
Pewarna makanan (optional)

Cara membuat :
1.Campur semua bahan,kocok hingga putih dan mengembang.
2.Tuang dicetakkan bolu anggrek yang sudah dialasi cup kertas/kertas roti hingga penuh.
3.Kukus dengan api besar,20 menit.
