MINUTES

Members Present: James Luke Brown, Melanie Kalisch, Alexis Oberg,

Presiding Leader: Becky Slot

Presiding Timekeeper: Alexis Oberg

Call to Order: 9:35 a.m.

Review of Minutes: Last meeting’s minutes completed and approved.

Announcements: A. Our next meeting will be Friday November 13th

during normal
class time at 10:00am.

B. Meeting was held during class time, no longer

need to meet
after class.

Old Business: A. We went over the changes that were made to

our survey questions. Added a question for the dress
code, and made a separate question for the specific
equipment pieces and their cleanliness.

New Business: A. We went to computer lab to make a sample survey

on line at
Zomerang.com.

B. Becky will e-mail Dr. Buckingham to ask if it’s

possible that we hand out the survey to the 3rd year
students in their class.
 C. Cindy stopped by our group meeting and gave us
tips on how to administer the survey to get the best
results.

Did well: Group meeting was successful and we accomplished

making
the survey on Zomerang.com.

Could improve: N/A
