You have worked well on the practical tasks, Dylan and you seem confident when
youre using the equipment. Your flow plan seems to be well structured and I
can see how everything is to be connected. Make sure you check the criteria to
make sure you have the right musicians to cover it all (micd acoustic
instrument? DI?). Use a planning sheet to help you with this.

You will need to set a date for doing the task. Make sure you speak to everyone
concerned so that they can all make themselves available.
Targets:

Create a sound reinforcement plan as well as the flow diagram. We need to know
the acts and what each one will need.

Set a date to get it all done. Make sure everyone is available.

A risk assessment needs to be done also.
