1. Teacher comes into class and greets pupils.
2. Teacher place realias in front of the class. (e.g: police cap stethoscope,

3. Teacher picks 3 pupils to come in front and wear or use the realias.
4. Pupils are asked to guess what occupations that the 3 pupils in front
resemble by using WH-Question

1. Teacher displays a slideshow about occupations through LCD Projector.
2. Teacher reads the sentences shown and pupils read after the teacher.
3. Pupils are asked to reread the simple sentences in the slideshow
Teacher writes the words that pupils mispronounced.
4. Teacher then directs pupils to the words written on the white-board,
teacher pronounces the correct pronunciations and drills pupils to repeat
after the teacher.
5. Then, teacher talks about the simple sentences and describe each
occupations shown in the slideshow.
6. Teacher asks three pupils at random to describe their parents
occupation

1. Teacher distributes Worksheet 1 to pupils.
2. Teacher asks the pupils to complete the worksheet with guidance.
3. Pupils fill in the blanks and write the correct occupation.

5. Teacher asks pupils to paste the worksheet in their workbook.

Crossword Puzzle
Instructions to do the
crossword puzzle:
1. Refer to the clue given and
guess the answer
2. Write the answers in the box
provided.
3. One box for one letter.

1. Teacher divides the class into groups of 4.
2. Teacher distributes crossword puzzle to each group.
3. Teacher explains the rubrics on how to complete the puzzle and give an
example on how to do it.
4. Pupils are asked to complete the puzzles in respective groups.
5. The fastest group who finished completing the crossword puzzle is given a
reward by the teacher.

their favourite occupation.
