Assessment strategy:
1. Continuous assessment is carried out to ensure the students have attained and
achieved the expected level of the prescribed course learning outcomes. The
set coursework comprises a lesson plan, micro-teaching and reflection is 100%.

12. Synopsis

This course focuses on the topics of lesson planning, testing and evaluation, the
teaching and assessing of listening and speaking skills, the teaching and assessing of
reading skills, the teaching and assessing of writing skills, the teaching and assessing of
vocabulary, spelling and dictation, the teaching and assessing of literature for primary
schools, the teaching and assessing of grammar, integration of language skills and
language content.

Kursus ini memberi fokus kepada perancangan pengajaran dan pembelajaran,
peperiksaan dan penilaian, pengajaran, pengujian dan penilaian kemahiran mendengar
dan bertutur, membaca, pengajaran, pengujian dan penilaian kemahiran menulis,
tatabahasa dan ejaan, kesusasteraan sekolah rendah, integrasi kemahiran dan isi
kandungan.
