Payment Terms and Conditions

As discussed today, PFA the training docs and contract for UK HAS switching program.

The brief is as mentioned below

1. Program : Outbound cold calling


2. Nature : Supplier switching for Energy and telecoms and customer enrollment with HAS
managed utility services
3. Paycycle : Weekly with initial hold of 28 working days
4. Sign up : Home advisory services Ltd. , UK
5. Training and support : Provided
6. Calling data : Provided

Fees and Payment Terms

Home Advisory Service shall pay commission to Contact Centre on the total number of contracts which
result in new live customers, at the following rates.

Energy Dual Fuel Monthly Direct Debit Payment Method : £24.00 per unit

Energy Dual Fuel Prepayment Payment Method : £9.00 per unit

Energy Dual Fuel Other Payment Method : £19.00 per unit

Energy Single Fuel Monthly Direct Debit Payment Method : £11.50 per unit

Energy Single Fuel Prepayment Payment Method : £ 4.00 per unit

Energy Single Fuel Other Payment Method : £9.00 per unit

Telecom : £19.00 per customer

Managed Service : £11.50 per customer
