Excused - Unattended lessons
An unattended lesson may be Conditionally rescheduled within your 4 week payment period

Unexcused - Unattended lessons
A lesson unattended due to a negligent reason may not be rescheduled
An Unexcused lesson still counts as an Attended lesson on your payment records (Negligence = Loss!)
STATUS: Excused Absence
Legitimately missed lessons can be made up within your
payment period.

Student Related
GEA = General excused absence
SEC = Student emergency during a class
SPE = Student private emergency
SHI = Student at home illness
SIL = Student became ill during a lesson
WDT = Weather hazard delayed traveling
RWE = Requested to work extended hours on job
STF = Student transportation failure
SEO = Student electrical outage at home
PTT = Pre-announced traveling trip
UTE = Unexpected traveling emergency
PVT = Pre-announced vacation trip
SAF = Student attended funeral service
SMB = Student attended ministry business
SHP = Student has pass
SDT= Student discontinued training

Teacher Related
TBI = Teacher became ill
TGE = Teacher has home emergency
EFL = Equipment failure during lesson
TTE = Teacher traveling emergency
TTF = Teacher transportation failure
TDO = Teachers took a day off from work
TAF = Teacher attended funeral service
TMB = Teacher attended ministry business
TPE = Teacher private emergency

Other Related
GHA = General holiday absence
UWH = Severe weather hazards
UEO = Electrical outage during lesson
TMB= Attended funeral service
STT = Student & teacher trip to store (Cancel lesson)
RLD = Reschedule part of a lesson to another day

STATUS: Unexcused Absence
Lessons unattended due to negligence cannot be made up.

Negligent Reasons
TLM = Too late to make up lesson
FCL = Failure to call an cancel lesson
FCP = Failure to cancel lesson a day in advance
ELL = Excessively late to lesson
FLA = Forgot the lesson appointment date
FLA = Forgot the lesson time
FMW = Failed to call to make up lesson within the same week
CFS = Called but failed to show up for class

Terms of Service

Payment Period
Payment period refers to the length of weeks that covers your prepaid
lesson fee. Example: 4 weeks = 30 days

Bringing Guest!
Please obtain PaSTOR Ds approval before bringing a guest with you to
a lesson.

No Months!
Lesson payments are not aligned with CALENDAR MONTHS
4 weeks specifically means that you have paid for 4 single lessons in
advance.
The first lesson you attend starts your payment period
Months with 5 weeks = 5 lesson payments

If you discontinue your training, the remaining lessons in your payment
period are loss. (NO REFUND!

ML - Makeup Lesson
CL - Complimentary Lesson (FREE!)
SLG - Split-Lesson (Two 30 Minutes general sessions)
SLT - Split-Lesson (Two 30 Minutes 2 topics session)
GHA - General Holiday Absence


Cell Phone Use
Your lesson is generally 60 minutes.
Please try to minimize answering cell phone calls or holding
non-emergency phone conversations during your lessons.
Its very important to make full use of your lesson time!.
