Dear Miss Gerarda Genovania and Mr. Emmanuel Guerrero II,

Upon careful review of your assignments and tasks, Chairman Guerrero, you
are hereby appointed as the Vice President of the Total Care Foundation
effective August 1, 2009. Your post as the Executive Secretary of Total Care
Foundation will be turn over to Chairman Gerarda Genovania effective
immediately. You will still be the Chairman of Program and Courses
Committee until your term ends on January 15, 2011. This courtesy
appointment confer upon to both of you the duties and responsibilities and
Members of the Executive Committee of the Foundation as stated in Article
VI, section 2 of the TCF’s Constitution and Bylaws.
