mechanics and master the art of shooting.
Do ballhandling before or after this workout and body workouts after.
You will also have the moves done in this workout ingrained in your arsenal.
Freethrows count also. Perfect form every time.




Workout- 2000 shots total
100 1 handed shots in front of the rim ( about 5 feet)
200 D Lillard stepbacks ( 100 each side)
200 D Lillard stepbacks counter ( 100 each side)
200 KD 62 shots ( 100 each side)
200 H&S Crossover into stepback ( 100 each side)
200 Crosspulls Mid range ( 100 each side
100 Freethrows
200 total 3 pointers spot up ( shoot from game spots)
200 Mid range ( game spots)
100 2 foot floaters ( mid range in)
100 1 foot floaters
200 Kill pullups ( 100 each side)
