1. Ericsson is planning a large and complex software called OMT (operation and maintenance
terminal) which can configure radio based stations via PC and TCP/IP Network. It is multi-
module project which does not support the feasibility of considering requirements
specifications. It requires too much time to complete each stage and there can be few bugs
which needs to be rectified in each stage.

Ans.
1. It is not suitable for multiple module projects.
2. It does not support the feasibility of considering requirement specifications.
3. It requires too much time to complete each stage.
4. There can be a few bugs at the end which cannot be rectified as well.
5. It is big and really complex project

The possible choices are
a. Waterfall
b. Iterative and Incremental
c. Prototype model
d. Spiral
e. Rapid Application Development

Option a) is eliminated because condition 1 gives us hint that it is not water fall model.
Option b) can be neglected because of the condition 2.
Option c) or Option d) both can be chose because they fulfil all the requirements.
Option e) cannot be selected because RAD violates Condition 5. Since, RAD method may not be useful
for large, unique or highly complex projects.

Therefore, Answer is either Option C or Either Option D
