FORMAL VS POLITE
In most world lenguages, formality is designated
through grammar.

For example, in Spanish, Portugues and French there
are different verbs forms for formal you and informal
you.

In korea there are different verb endings depending on
the relationship of the speaker.

In japanese there are different forms to be use
depending on age, gender, and relationship to the
speakers.

English doesnt use grammar to designate formality,
but it does requiere the learner to considered which
phrases a person choose to uses in different situations.
