CONCLUSION

The endeavor which we took to complete the project keeping Performance,

Cost and Time balanced was successfully achieved. The Railway Reservation
System is versatile and efficient as it is compatible to all operating systems.
After successful implementation of Railway Reservation System, it will help
the management to manage tasks efficiently. This gives satisfactory outputs as
per required by the End User. This system also has extensibility feature that
allows the Users to fulfill their additional requirements in the current system.
After testing, the system gives same outputs as expected. Railway Reservation
System is made economically, technically sound, and providing Efficiency.
The presence of a strong Project Manager and 3 functional managers turned out
to be the right blend not just because of this impeccable decision making
structure and the drive for each of the 4 to make sure their domain was
meticulously completed to perfection, but also because we all maintained good
communication to make sure the project is moving forward with a positive
slope. The Risk Analysis performed at the inception proved to be crucial as we
were able to overcome the potential complications which might have been an
elusive task later on.
