This contract is signed between FIRST PARTY ( Your name and address)___________________

_________and SECOND PARTY_________(JINDAL INTERNATIONAL) _________.
Both parties have discussed all relevant details and decided to enter in to this contract,
having following guidelines. This contract is signed on this date__________and valid
till________________. ( This contract is valid for 1 year)
1) FIRST PARTY has paid Rs.3500/- to SECOND PARTY towards one time service
charges and will not pay any other charges, during the period of contract. The
Contract Fee will be refunded to FIRST PARTY, after two successful assignments.
2) SECOND PARTY will pay 50% of order value, as commission to FIRST PARTY
after the appointment of the candidate and after full ( 100%) payment of service
charges to the SECOND PARTY.
3) SECOND PARTY will procure and give regular confirmed orders for filling
vacancies in offices/factories to the FIRST PARTY.
4) SECOND PARTY will guide the FIRST PARTY, on all matters, related to
PLACEMENT business, during the period of contract.
