CIVIL APPEAL NO. S 02 -2013 - COMPANIES (WINDING-UP) BETWEEN

HANWHA GENERAL INSURANCE Co. LTD AND BEST RE (L) LIMITED


The Court of Appeal of Malaysia today has granted a Stay Order to Best Re (L)
Limited against a Winding-up Order to the company by Hanwha General Insurance
Co. Ltd on 11 October 2013.

With the above decision, Best Re (L) Limited shall resume normal business with
immediate effect.
