to run for the students of your esteemed college. I want to inform you that MTS (Macraan Telecom
Services) will hire the students after interviewing them and then train them for a period of 45 to 60
days and will charge a fee of Rs. 35000 + Service tax. After the students are trained we will place
them immediately.

This Business Unit is headed by Mr. Kamal Khurshid as director and Supported by Mr.P.K Singh
as head MTS-IT with vast experience in the field of education/ training in IT and Telecom industry.
He is supported by a group of professionals having experience in the same field.

The MTS institute for Telecom also known as MTSIT is formed to provide value addition to enhance
the technical and personal skills of the candidates to the level which is required to work with the
industry as per the current market scenario.

This BU has following verticals providing training in different segment:

1 In-House Training
2 Corporate Training
3 Institutional Training
4 Human Resource Services.

The In-House training is available for engineers to upgrade the technical skills by the professionals
working with the project. The project engineers having hands-on experience guide them trough out
the training. They used to share their day to day experiences, problem facing and the process of
resolving issues in a highly professional environment.

The corporate training is also available for group of professionals working with the different
industries. The training can be customized as per the requirement of the client. The corporate training
is again scheduled and executed by the highly experienced professional in the field of telecom.

The Institutional training is made available to provide hands on experience to the engineers at the
time when they are studying. The technical institutions/ colleges are willing to tie up with the
corporate companies to provide value addition in their technical and personal skills so that they can
be fit to work with the industry as per the demand.

The Human Resource Services is designed as a vertical for man power resource management,
training, development and supply. The HR service is made to support the best man power resources
in the industry using the external and internal database managed by MTSIT.
 Network Business Unit

This Business Unit is headed by Mr. P. Choubey , an engineer by himself experienced in the field of
Telecom and project management. He is supported by senior management and various groups heads
i.e. RF & Transmission solutions group responsible for providing services of RF survey, MW
Survey, Drive test & optimization, RF & MW Planning. Implementation group is responsible for
Installation & Commissioning of BTS, MW, OLTE & other Telecom equipments installation related
activities. This group also supports BTS and MW O&M activity for the equipment of all telecom
equipment suppliers.

Well documented process and procedures are available to carry out any of the activity under this BU.
Time to time in house trainings are organized to enhance the skill set of the engineers, supervisors
and technicians working in the field. Strict vendor selection process is adopted and performance of
vendors is monitored periodically.

This BU is responsible for following activities:

1. RF and MW engineering which includes RF and MW surveys, MW planning,

network RF and MW audits , RF optimization.

2. Telecom Network I&C which includes I&C of GSM and CDMA equipments, Optical
equipments and miscellaneous equipments used in telecom cell site or switching
centers.

3. Telecom Network O&M which includes O&M of BTS, MW and optical equipments.
