To Whom It May Concern:

Ashley Bowers was a Pre-K practicum student in my classroom Fall 2013. Ashley enriched our
whole classroom. Ashleys manner with the students was consistently patient and
encouraging. The students responded positively to her presence in the classroom.
Ashley is a true team member. She jumped right in and worked very closely with all staff.
Ashley quickly picked up on classroom procedures and routines and was very independent.
She carried out specific lesson plans and worked on activities that follow the Ohio Department
of Education Preschool Standards. Ashley brought to our classroom many new and exciting
learning opportunities.
I have had numerous practicum students in my classroom since I began teaching in 1988 and
Ashley surpasses all of them in her ability to connect with the students and improve the
classroom atmosphere. If there was ever a time Ashley needed help or clarification, she asked
for it, an admirable quality not all possess.
Ashley would be a great addition to any work environment. Please feel free to contact me with
