APPOINTMENT LETTER
Dear Sravan kumar,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview we had with you, we are pleased to offer
you the position as Project Engineer-Civil in our organization with remuneration of Rs. 5,80,008/(Rupees Five lac eighty thousand and eight only) per annum as per details given in Annexure-I.
Your initial place of joining will be at Balasore, Odisha. However you may be posted/transferred to
any of the projects being executed at different parts of the country.
You will be on probation for a period of six months. Upon completion, your services will be reviewed
and accordingly your employment will be confirmed or the probation period will be extended at the
discretion of the company. During the probation period, your services may be terminated by either
party by giving 30 (Thirty) days notice or payment in lieu of notice period.
You are requested to join on or before 26 Apr 2012 at Balasore, Odisha.
