Hello!

Per Max's request, I met with Jen Zwink, the manager of the BMT/OMG units today about our white board
initiative. She had a few concerns/suggestions.

1. We'd like to see the new "boards" be a laminated sheet rather than a small white board. This would
ultimately be much less expensive and would make the "boards" easy to replace if we decide to
update them or if they are lost or damaged.
2. Jen is concerned about damage to walls if we use velcro to attach the signs. We thought that, if we
used a laminated sheet, we could simply have them hole punched once along the top edge and then
hang them from a small hook. The hook would be pretty inconspicuous if the sign were down for any
amount of time, would be easy to clean for infection control reasons, and would be easy to remove
if necessary. We could even use those hooks that attach with adhesive that leaves no residue when
pulled down.
