Environmental Protection Agency
- has the right to sue the owners
of hazardous-waste sites to pay
for the clean up. Also to give
funds for the clean up of the
abandoned hazardous-waste
site.

Hazardous wastes treaters
Hazardous wastes transporter

Fines
Imprisonment
Dismissal from office
Confiscation of chemical
substances
If the ever the owner is a
foreigner, Deportation and Barred
from entry into the country.
