Broom Vein Tonic

Circulation and vein tonic. Poor circulation is often signaled by cold feet and
swollen ankles.
Broom in a noted vein tonic, and both ginkgo and ginger help to increase circula
tion.
As an increase in blood circulation to the brain may help you remember where you

2 tablespoons chopped broom (az barri)
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon ginkgo leaf (Balkuwari)
3 cups cold water
Additions:lemon, stevia
Ingredients: Broom * Ginkgo * Ginger *
Recipe Instructions: Decoction :Bring the ginger and broom to a gentle boil,
then simmer for 20 min. Pour the decoction over the ginkgo leaf and infuse
until cool enough to drink.

Hibiscus, Pennywort Circulation Tonic

1 part hibiscus (GUDHAL)
1 part pennywort (Gotu kola) (Brahma manduki) (Manduka Parni)
1/2 part lemongrass ( Aghin ghas, Gandhatrina, Gauti chai, Khawi, Sera.) (G
andhatrina) (Hari Chai Patti) (inchippullu) (Gavati Chaha)
A pinch of clove, or cinnamon
Additions:Lemon and Stevia
Ingredients: Hibiscus * Lemongrass * Clove * Gotu Kola *
Recipe Instructions:
Herbal Tea :Use 1 tablespoon of herbal blend to each cup of heated water.
Infuse about 10 to 15 minutes, or until cool enough to drink. 2 to 3 cups a day.

2 parts gotu kola dried leaves (Brahma manduki) (Manduka Parni)
1 part rosemary Leaves (thyme) ( Gulmehandi).fresh or dried
1/4 part dried panax ginseng powder or eleuthero root (Siberian ginseng) OR (Ash
wagandha)
This mildly stimulating tea will help your focus and concentration at work or st
udy.
