    Wednesday, July 30, 2014 Dear Families and Friends of the Two Bridges neighborhood, We warmly invite you, your family and friends to an informational session on Mayor De Blasio’s Universal Pre-K initiative. As one of the Mayor’s signature issues, this initiative will provide free early educational opportunities for all children who turn four years old by the end of 2014. Information Session: NYC Universal Pre-K Tuesday, August 12th 6:30PM -7:30 PM Location Two Bridges Tower Goldie Chu Community Room 82 Rutgers Slip This informational session will be led by Christopher Yarrell, the Lower Manhattan Enrollment Specialist. Mr. Yarrell will be answering all questions from community members, and will provide information on how to enroll your child in a local Community-Based Early Childhood Center near you.
