1 tb cashew nut
paste with little water
put chicken, add above paste, add ginger garlic paste,
add fried onion 2, add yogart 1 cup, green chilly paste 1 tb, 1 tb chilli powder,
cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, shahi jeera half tsp, half tsp cumin powder,
1 tb coriander powder, turmeric, salt, chopped mint, chopped coriander,
one lime juice, two tb oil(fried onion oil)
mi! well
pour one cup of water
marinate for " hours in fre#e
marinate or brine water$ salt
(2tb) and rest chicken for % hours
medium heat 1& min
slow heat "' min on tawa, rest for 2& min, then open
