time &ember, )r* (atin (oy as part time &ember and Smt* &eena #!ar+al as Seretary* ,he
Commission is head-uartered in )elhi and has been !iven 18 months from date of its onstitution to
ma$e its reommendations* ,o this end the Commission +ill set up its team of .ffiers, #dvisers,
Institutional Consultants and /0perts and all for re-uired information and douments from
&inistries and )epartments of Government of India and various Servie assoiations*
