Way out in the Desert
Talk about animals theyve noticed around the desert, including other animals they have noticed in
Zion National Park. Discuss what makes Zion a unique place, yes its a desert but we have a lot of
water.

Read book

Discuss animals in the book and how they live in Zion.


Bighorns Dont Honk

Possible Question: Whats one of your favorite animals you would like to see preserved forever?

ACTIVITY: Pass around the Bighorn horns, talk about how they were once endangered.
Optional Activity: Play guess who.

Conclusion: Thank everyone for coming, sign ranger books, etc.
