    is an IBM 100% owner subsidiary, a young International Service


    Centre (ISC) within the IBM Supply Chain, in the Customer Fulfillmen area,
    created on Summer 2003, located in Madrid, which provide services and
    support to IBM Sales Organization for Western EMEA countries (Europe,
    Middle East and Africa). IBM ISC support the IBM Supply Chain developing and
    improving Customer Fulfillment. The different service and support activities are
    performed by teams built with people coming from different countries and
    speaking a wide variety of European languages, providing the center with a
    multicultural international atmosphere. Each one of the centers is specialized for
    a single activity. Centers are devoted to IBM administrative, financial, sales and
    business activities for the individual regions.
