Conclusion

In conclusion, job safety analysis is vital for identify and control workplace hazards. We
can conclude that most of the hazards of the job are affected by humans, equipments and
environments. Hazard is a source, situation, or act with a potential for harm in terms of human
injury or ill health, or a combination of these.
First we select job for analysis, then we breaking each job into steps. Next, we identify
the hazard through brainstorming, and lastly, we eliminate or correct hazards through Hierarchy
of Control so that overcome those hazards for reducing the risks accident happen to anyone else.
In this report, tensile test hazard is considered in each and every steps. We manage to
identify hazards that may occur during the test and it can be harmful. Hazards can be reduced or
eliminate if actions such as personal protective equipment, substitution controls, engineering
management and administrative management is taken into consideration.
