The main purpose of this research is to evaluate the role, benefits and importance of
oil services companies in oil operation.


Objectives

1. To conduct critical literature review on the role, benefit and importance of oil
services companies in oil operation.
2. To survey best management approach based on the literature review in oil
services companies using questionnaire.
3. Examine a case study based on relevant publication on best practice of
organizational management in oil services companies.
4. To provide a visible recommendations and conclusion based on literature
and field research.
