We would like to inform you that we have already completed the DOLE requirements of your
company that we already submitted to your office last April 26, 2014.

Furthermore, we also inform you that we already split our tucking units with my brother Mr. Arnold
D. Navales who owned AD Navales Trucking Services effective May 31, 2014.

AD Navales Trucking Services is a registered Vat Tax payer while C. Navales Trucking Services was a
Registered a Non Vat Tax payer who wanted to remain as a non vat. With this development the Po
intended for C. Navales Trucking was correct if no splitting between the Navales brother. So the PO
you will issue to C. Navales Trucking is more than the allowable for non vat tax payers.

In this connection I would like to request your office that a One Million Six Hundred Pesos
(1,600,000.00) be allocated to C. Navales Trucking Services and the difference of more than Two
Million Pesos for AD Navales Trucking Services as vat registered tax payer since the latter has now
more than four trucks committed to haul your products, while C Navales Trucking Services has only
two trucks at present after the splitting.
