Lucy v Zehmer

In a restaurant Lucy asked Z if he had sold the farm land. When not, he said I bet you wouldn't
sell for $50k and Z said he would of someone offered that. Parties began to discuss, created an
agreement and signed. D is claiming they were intoxicated at the time and was going through
the process to see P bluff. P argues intentions offer and act were inn good faith and agreement
made.
