7 POINTS to think on WRITING anything:

1. Know the last line you want the audience to be ringing with. Define it in
words. That is your SUBJECT.
2. Spend appropriate time on first 2 lines. It is easier to say what we want to
say when we know that greetings are over.
3. If a context is already established, spend lesser time in defining it. But do
spend.
4. Know what must be the spirit.
5. You are leading an attention. Know that you are right. Study all possible
sources. But dont go stingy with it. Not all documented best advices
work.
6. You must know what can be promised. That is a lot known if known right.
7. Do away with alibis. Mix reason equally with emotion.
