contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to the NRSC
Recount Fund are subject to federal source and amount restrictions, but are
not counted against a contributors federal limits to the NRSC. Therefore,
individuals may give the NRSC up to $30,400 per calendar year AND
$30,400 to the NRSC Recount Fund; PACs may give the NRSC up to
$15,000 per calendar year AND $15,000 to the NRSC Recount Fund.
