Respected Sir,
I M Sunil Kumar (Per No 7043) working as Engineer(MECH) in Blast Furnace
site informed me on 25
th
July 2014 that i was transferred to KPO Site.
As recently Myself and my Wife had undergone treatment and it is in progress.
The Specialist Doctors, who had attended me, have given lots of dos and don'ts, during
the course of treatment.
As you would kindly agree with me, the prevailing conditions in the site, dont
allow me to follow as a forced bachelor suggested by the Specialists.
I therefore humbly request you to kindly allow me to report on 18th August
2014 to KPO Site, so that I can complete regular medical treatment & checkups.
I along with my entire family would be grateful to you for this gesture.
