Cautious/Careful

Some of the participants verbalized about their feelings of being careful and cautious after
having stroke

According to Simvastatin:
Kaya iniingatan ko talaga ang sarili ko mula noon [thats why Im really taking care of
myself ever since then]
According to Amiodarone:
Karanasan din yun, dapat magiingat sa ginagawa [ that was also an experience, we
must be careful in what we do]
The participants past experiences taught them that they should be more carerful in terms of
doing duties and chores so that they can protect themselves and prevent having stroke again. [wala ako
