A letter to whoever did not care about our situation.
I am a child and have not yet reached 17 years of age. I am living in Nauru for the last 2
months, and I was at Christmas Island for 8 months. You have not looked after those
children who came from oppressing countries where there is no freedom, security and
living. We have not seen from life except wars and killing. We fled the country seeking
asylum and freedom but we did not find except harshness and bad treatment.
I am alone here without my father, my mother, or my family. Where is the future? I have
not found any future in Nauru. So I ask you for help.
