1. Mosquitoes (adult females) are blood fed using mice (white).
2. After 2 days, a conical filter paper soaked/dipped in a small amount of H2O, is introduced into the cage for oviporation. 3. After oviporation, filter paper with eggs is then dried. 4. For larval hatching/emergence, filter paper is immersed in H2O. 5. Resulting larvae are fed with ground dog food. Fed until pupation. 6. Pupae are collected and placed in a cup with water and transferred into cages. 7. Resluting adults after 2 to 2 and half days.
