Parents and Students:

We had a good first week I am happy to report! This
next week we will start attending our related arts classes
such as P.E., library, art, music and Mandarin. The
schedule for related arts is listed below. Friday the 22
nd

is our YISS back to school picnic-please bring your
family and enjoy this evening of food, fun and
fellowship!
On the evening of August 28
th
, Elementary School will
host an Open House from 6-8 p.m. for all parents-we
prefer that students do not attend this event. This is to
inform parents about our curriculum, class routines and
behavior expectations, to meet other parents and most
importantly to get to meet the teachers and get to know
them better. I look forward to seeing you that night and
answer any questions you might have.
Just a reminder to students, bring your water bottle.
Also, remember to bring a snack each day to school.
