This role demands flexi-ility and an a-ility to ta.e on different roles as and when
re/uested on a daily -asis.
The role will -e at our 0ay centre in Lordswood supporting adults with Autism. 1ou will
-e providing support within the team ensuring that the people we support achieve a full,
meaningful and active life -y following a person centred plan within the community.
Experience Required/Desirable:
234 Level ' in 5ealth and Social 6are 7Adults8
That you hold a clean driving licence 7for at least two years8 as you may -e
re/uired to drive
9xperience and or .nowledge of epilepsy
9xperience of wor.ing within the field of services for adults with special needs
A willingness to participate in a continuous development of the service and an
am-ition to ensure that people are supported to achieve their aspirations within
the community.
